Möchtest du die Suche und Filterung für unsere Portale galaxus.ch, digitec.ch und sowie allen internationalen Ablegern wie bspw. galaxus.de vorantreiben und einen Impact auf mehr als 6 Millionen Kunden in der Schweiz und der EU haben? Möchtest du viel Spielraum bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Shops haben? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig. Wir skalieren weiter und bauen unsere Suche-Teams aus. Als Product Owner dieses Search-Teams sorgst du für ein tolles Kundenerlebnis und kannst den E-Commerce massgeblich mitgestalten.

**Aufgaben**:

- Du prägst die Nutzererfahrung der Suche und Filterfunktionalitäten durch aktive Gestaltung entsprechender Strategien, Lösungen und Umsetzungen.
- Als Product Owner erkennst du die Suche
- und Filter-Potentiale, bewertest die Relevanz und priorisierst den Product-Backlog und kannst dieses entsprechend vertreten.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit deinem interdisziplinärem Team sowie den anderen Produkt-Teams des Online-Shops sorgt Du für ein grossartiges Kundenerlebnis in der Suche.
- Gemeinsam mit deinem cross-funktionalen Tech-Team evaluierst, entwickelst und implementierst du mit einer Hands-On-Mentalität hochwertige Funktionalitäten.
- Als Product Owner denkst du unternehmerisch, hast jederzeit eine ganzheitliche Sicht auf die eigenen Produkte, den Markt und die Nutzer.

**Anforderungen**:

- Du hast bereits Erfahrung rund um den E-Commerce und Suche-Kosmos sammeln können und kennst die aktuellen Herausforderungen und Anforderungen aus einer ganzheitlichen Perspektive.
- Du bringst Erfahrungen in der datengetriebenen Produkt-Entwicklung mit.
- Du besitzt sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, hast Überzeugungs
- und Durchsetzungsvermögen und bringst ein sehr gutes Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse und ihren Denkweisen mit.
- Deine analytischen Fähigkeiten sowie dein gutes Verständnis von Kennzahlen verbindest du mit einem strukturierten, selbstverantwortlichem und gemeinsamem Arbeiten in einem interdisziplinären Team.
- Du hast mit Scrum gearbeitet und nutzt seine Werkzeuge für ein agiles arbeiten.
