- Product Vision and Strategy: Define and execute the product vision and strategy for our Web3 products, aligning with the company's overall goals.
- Market and User Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities within the Web3 space.
- Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on market feedback and user insights.
- Go-to-market strategies: combine market insights and user research into a comprehensive GTM, ensuring the product's success and strong product-to-market fit.
- Feature Design and Prioritization: Collaborate with UX/UI designers and engineers to conceptualize, design, and prioritize features that enhance the user experience.
- SSI Integration (Plus): If knowledgeable, explore and potentially integrate SSI principles and frameworks into our products to enhance user privacy, security, and data ownership.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure smooth product development and launch.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and user feedback to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on features.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with the Web3 community, gather feedback, and build relationships with users, developers, and partners.

**Your story**:

- Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Product owner, preferably in the technology or blockchain industry.
- User-Centric Focus: A passion for creating user-friendly and intuitive products that solve real-world problems.
- Technical Acumen: Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and understand technical concepts.
- Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in an agile development environment and adapting to changing priorities.
- Passion for Innovation: A drive to explore new technologies and push the boundaries of what's possible in the Web3 space.

**Your impact**:

- Embark on a transformative journey at the Cardano Foundation, where your role as a Product Owner in Web3 is to spearhead the paradigm shift from the existing Web2 technologies.
- Ability to translate complex technical design trade-offs into comprehensible visuals to present the unique value propositions of Cardano to regulators and policymakers
- Assess technical design trade-offs between various L1s and the impact that this has on security, decentralisation and adoption.

**Nice to have**:

- Masters degree in computer science or other STEM field
- Experience with specific blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Polkadot, Cardano)
- Background in cryptography or security protocols
- Contributions to open-source Web3 projects
