Wir sind ein agiles Produktteam und suchen ein motiviertes neues Teammitglied mit Spass und Interesse an den digitalen Möglichkeiten. Unser Team ist interdisziplinär besetzt mit Spezialisten aus Business und IT, das sowohl mit internen Ressourcen, aber auch externen Spezialisten arbeitet. Gemeinsam mit dir bauen wir eine neue Experience in unserer App. Dabei übernimmst du die Product Ownership unserer App und entwickelst zusammen mit dem Team die digital Experience, die unsere Kundschaft erwartet.

Dein Beitrag
- Mit der neuen Kundenportal App bist du der Dreh
- und Angelpunkt der Digitalisierung bei der AXA. Du stehst in einem regen Austausch mit Stakeholdern über die ganze Organisation hinweg. Hierfür verhandelst du mit dem Business und entscheidest über die Aufnahme und Wirtschaftlichkeit neuer Stories in das Backlog.
- Als Product Owner priorisierst du den Product Backlog nach klarem Kundennutzen, bündelst die Interessen unterschiedlicher Stakeholder und übernimmst die Fachverantwortung für Themen, die das Team bearbeitet.
- Mit der App übernimmst du die Verantwortung für eine der wichtigsten B2C Applikationen der Zukunft und sorgst für eine stabile und optimale Plattform im täglichen Betrieb.
- Du kennst den Markt und die Konkurrenz und hast ein gutes Gespür für aufkommende Trends.
- Geschickt managest du Business-Anforderungen, planst gemeinsam mit dem Team anstehende Features und hast neben dem Kundennutzen auch Qualität, Leistung und Kosten im Blick.
- Als Ansprechperson agierst du für fachliche, planerische und technische Themen des Teams gegenüber dem Business und weiteren Product Ownern. Ausserdem arbeitest du eng im Team Digital Experience mit.

Deine Fähigkeiten und Talente
- Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Product Owner im B2C Bereich, mit Vorteil mobile App, mit.
- Du bist vertraut mit Agile
- und Lean-Prinzipien wie Scrum, Kanban und SAFe.
- Du bist fähig, komplexe Zusammenhänge rasch zu erfassen, Prioritäten zu setzen und Entscheidungen zu treffen.
- Du entscheidest gern auf der Basis von Daten und stellst bei der Priorisierung die Kundinnen und Kunden konsequent in den Fokus.
- Mit wem du dich auch immer austauschst: Dein Auftritt ist klar, verbindlich, freundlich und professionell.
- Sehr gute Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
