As a **Working Student in our diverse Product team **at Yokoy, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced product team and contribute to the development of our next generation spend management products. We are a product-driven company, and a visionary best-in-class product is the key for our customer’s success. Modern product development initiatives are crucial for our continuous growth. **\uD83E\uDDD1\uD83C\uDFFD‍\uD83D\uDCBB What you’ll do**:

- Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform product strategy.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and specifications.
- Assist in prioritizing features and enhancements based on business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.
- Support the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.
- Help maintain product documentation, including user stories, feature roadmaps, and release plans.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for product optimization and growth.
- **️ What you’ll need**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Passion for technology and innovation, with a desire to learn and grow in the field of product management.
- Previous experience in product management, software development, or related areas is a plus but not required.
- You are fluent in English and German; other languages are a plus.
