Wir sind MOVU Wir nehmen unseren Kundinnen und Kunden alle Herausforderungen rund um ihren Umzug ab: damit Umziehen Spass macht.

Unser Team besteht aus 40 Personen, wovon 25 in Zürich beschäftigt sind. Wir sind ein junges und dynamisches Team und legen Wert auf die wichtigen Dinge: Spass, Leistung und Kreativität.

Aufgaben

Du wirst eine aktive Rolle in unserem Product Team übernehmen. In sehr engem Austausch mit dem CPO/CMO, Designer und den anderen Teammitgliedern wirst du an der Produktstrategie und ihrer Implementation mitwirken. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören unter anderem:

- Zusammenarbeit mit und (Teil-)Führung der Scrum Teams
- Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit allen Bereichen innerhalb MOVU (Marketing, Sales, Kundendienst, Finance, etc.)
- Mitarbeit bei der Definition der Product Requirements und Erstellung der Produktspezifikationen
- Involvierung in den Design-Prozess mit dem dafür verantwortlichen UX Designer
- Koordination zwischen IT und internen/externen Stakeholder\*innen
- Konzeption/Aufbereitung von Product Features & Erstellung/Aktualisierung der Product Roadmap
- Management des Product Backlogs
- Qualitätskontrolle der technischen Implementationen (QA)

Qualifikation

Wir suchen eine lernwillige, neugierige Person, die durch ihre Innovationsfähigkeit sowie durch ihre offene, freundliche und transparente Kommunikation besticht.

Du hast eine Affinität für Product Management, UX Design und Online-Plattformen und die tägliche Interaktion mit deinem Team und Stakeholder\*innen macht dir Spass.

- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Abgeschlossenes Studium
- Hohes Mass an Eigeninitiative
- Strukturiertes und genaues Arbeiten
- Gute zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
- Bereits vorhandene Erfahrung im Product Management & SCRUM sind von Vorteil
- Gutes technisches Verständnis von Web-Technologien sind von Vorteil
