We are looking for talented University Graduates Kick-start your career with our Flex-Track Graduate Programme within the Markets division.

Our Graduate Programme supports your individual journey to unleash your full potential. We offer you three rotations in different teams, on
- and off-the-job training, and the opportunity to start building your own network. As a Flex-Track Graduate, you are in the driving seat to define your rotations 2 and 3 within all departments of the bank. One of these rotations will be an international assignment, enabling you to work abroad for a period of months.

Start date: 1 October 2024

Programme duration: 18 months

For your first rotation, join the Markets division and become part of the Markets Business Development team in Zurich. You will be positioned as product owner in the product innovation and governance team to expand product and services shelf with end to end implementation.

**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- Act as Product Owner of product innovation and governance team and be responsible for end-to-end implementation of new financial products (structured products & derivatives cross assets) or services
- Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure that all approvals are formalized in the approval tool. Make sure the products meet the business requirements and align with the overall strategy
- Manage the product & services life cycle from conception through release (incl. testing)
- Maintain and enhance product catalog
- Work with Agile development team to refine and prioritize features & stories, support senior POs to create confluence pages for documentation purposes
- Prepare compelling presentations of regular governance meetings or key projects
- Keep tracking key results of features that goes live

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in economics, banking, finance or engineering (graduation max. 12 months ago)
- Initial practical experience in the financial industry and expertise in banking products and financial markets
- Strong analytical, conceptual skills and fast thinker
- Very good communication and presentation skills, confident appearance
- Independent, resilient and team-oriented personality
- Entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with the willingness to take responsibility
- Fluent in German & English, other languages an advantage
