**Your mission**
- Own digital & analytics roadmap for the function
- Develop digital strategy with Digital Strategy team and function management
- Develop business case (assess value/impact)
- Create business case and assess business value / impact (define scope & implementation plan)
- Prioritize use cases for the function and help to manage the digital products portfolio of function
- Lead or execute the deployment of solution
- Plan for product release with IT and Digital Team
- Lead pilot and ensure deployment of digital solutions
- Develop and implement advanced analytics, data visualization, machine learning, and robotic process automations to accelerate the achievement of function / business objectives
- Coordinate & evaluate user acceptance testing
- Realize business value/benefit
- Lead change management & drive adoption
- Governance of function/category specific adoption
- Lead change management and business benefit realization
- Present the developed analytic solutions (architecture, functionality, performance evaluation results) in front of various stakeholders with different background (technical, business, management, etc.).
- Own digital products & life cycle management
- Co-develop to POV and support prototype development with Digital Strategy and IT teams
- Finalize implementation roadmap & approach
- Coordinate in maintenance of digital solutions (testing of changes, solving business issues)
- Drive “learning and innovation on digital” in function
- Allocate 10% of working time for novelties on data science, digital technologies in academic and entrepreneurial environment, technology scouting, robotic process automation, analytics techniques to bring digital innovation into function.

Train the stakeholders or help to prepare the contents about the characteristics and capabilities of the data, analytics, automation methods or technologies to support capability building within function

**Your profile** Essential Requirements**:

- Proven experience in project management both agile and waterfall, certification is a plus

Handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment
**Essential Requirements**:
- Proficiency in English both oral and written.- University degree in Engineering or Science (Statistics or Mathematics). Master degree in engineering or science is a plus.
- Field of Computer sciences, data science, automation or equivalent skills through demonstrated experience.- At least 2 years’ experience in the domain or with use cases of Digital Systems, Data Science, Manufacturing Engineering, Robotic Process Automation or Industrial Internet of Things solutions, preferably as a Product Owner role

**Preferred Requirements**:
- Being an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner is a plus
- Experience in UX UI domain is a plus
