- und Handelsanwendungen auf der ganzen Welt. Diese Position ist in der Abteilung Business Technology angesiedelt. Die Verantwortlichkeiten Ihres Teams liegen in der Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs der globalen IT-Netzwerkinfrastruktur und deren projektbasierten Weiterentwicklung.

**Ihre Herausforderung**
In Ihrer neuen Funktion leiten Sie ein globales 10-köpfiges Team bestehend aus Solution Architects, Service Operation Managern und System Engineers. Neben der personellen Führung des international verteilten Teams fällt die Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs der bestehenden Netzwerkinfrastruktur an den weltweit 140 Standorten in Ihren Verantwortungsbereich. Ihr Fokus liegt zusätzlich auf der stetigen Weiterentwicklung dieser Netzwerk-Landschaft, der Setzung von globalen Standards und der Integration von modernsten Technologien aus den Bereichen SD WAN, WiFi und Azure Cloud. Sie stellen einen wunschgemässen Projektablauf sicher, indem Sie Projektteams zusammenstellen und die Projektleitung innerhalb Ihres Teams ernennen oder selbst übernehmen. Sie ergreifen die notwendigen Massnahmen zur Sicherstellung von Betrieb und Integration neuer Lösungen, treffen die daraus resultierenden Entscheidungen zügig und vertreten diese mit der nötigen Selbstsicherheit und Begeisterung.
**Ihre Qualitäten und Begabungen**
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung verbunden mit sehr guten Kenntnissen von komplexen Netzwerkinfrastrukturen
Fundierte Führungserfahrung (idealerweise von verteilt arbeitenden Teams)
Praktisches Know-how im Projektmanagement
Know-how im Umgang mit Cisco, Meraki und Fortinet Firewalls
Fähigkeit zur globalen Sichtweise auf Herausforderungen
Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Entscheidungsfreudigkeit sowie Kommunikationstalent
Weltweite Reisebereitschaft (Polen, USA, Malaysia, China) von 10%
Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
Deutschkenntnisse von grossem Vorteil
