Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Weighing technology is used in many industrial processes. To this end, we offer a wide range of weighing sensors such as load cells and weigh modules, which our customers integrate into their systems with our support. As a global product manager load cells, you will make an important contribution to this and will be supported by a strong, experienced team. Increasingly, our sensors are being equipped with communication interfaces to simplify integration for our customers. Therefore, a comprehensive knowledge of electronics and automation and basic understanding of mechanics are required. We have significantly increased our market share in this area in the recent years and want to grow further ambitiously. In this role, your responsibilities would include:

- Innovation management: Identify and formulate new product requirements and innovations and drive them to saleable products
- Support of global product families, including writing and revision of technical documentation and maintenance of product databases
- Technical and administrative support for sales specialists and service technicians in a global environment
- Developing and performing training programs for sales and service teams
- Support of customer-specific projects
- Project management of global product launches

What You Need to Succeed

Requirements for this role:

- University degree (Bachelor or Master) as an electrical engineer with basic mechanical knowledge, OR mechanical engineer with an affinity for automation and electronics OR physicist with industrial experience or PhD
- Three to five years of work experience in the field of sensor technology; experience in B2B product management is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel): experience with SAP is a plus
- Team player with a high level of initiative, quick comprehension, flair for quality and customer oriented thinking
- Fluent in spoken and written English, any other language is a plus
- A willingness to travel approx. 15%
