In dieser Position entwickeln Sie die Business Area strategisch und operativ weiter.

**Ihre Herausforderung**
Sie führen, coachen und entwickeln das Verkaufs
- und Customer Engineering Team von elf Mitarbeiter:innen weiter. Das Team besteht aus sechs Sales Mitarbeiter:innen im Aussendienst, einem Product Manager/Projektleiter sowie einem vierköpfigen Software Engineering Team. Als Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung übernehmen Sie P&L Verantwortung und rapportieren direkt an den Geschäftsführer. Sie unterstützen Ihr Team im Verkaufsprozess (z.B. Begleitung zu Kunden, Pipeline Reviews) und pflegen engen Kontakt mit Entscheidungsträgern auf Kundenseite. Dank Ihrer langjährigen Erfahrung erkennen Sie schnell Kundenbedürfnisse und Veränderungen am Markt und leiten entsprechende Massnahmen ab. Sie identifizieren Business Opportunitäten, definieren Wachstums-Ziele und implementieren Initiativen für die Kundengewinnung. Schlussendlich tragen Sie mit Ihrem Team entscheidend zur weiteren strategischen und operativen Entwicklung der Business Area bei.
**Ihre Qualitäten und Begabungen**
Technische Ausbildung (HF/FH/ETH) mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Weiterbildung
drei Jahre Sales Erfahrung inkl. Sales Management (Investitionsgüter / Messgeräte im B2B Bereich von Vorteil) im industriellen/technischen Umfeld
drei Jahre direkte Führungserfahrung ab einer Teamgrösse von sechs Personen mit P&L Verantwortung
Sie können Veränderungen durchsetzen, Mitarbeitende abholen und zu Höchstleistungen motivieren
Sie sind hungrig, möchten etwas bewegen und ein Team weiterentwickeln, fördern und fordern
Sie sprechen fliessend Deutsch, Englisch und idealerweise Französisch
