Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
In this role, your responsibilities would include:
- Create, organize, and implement strategic recruitment plans and supporting initiatives to strengthen the overall talent acquisition process and improve the quality of hiring across all units
Collaborate with internal & external resources to develop and execute activities to promote our employer brand
- Contribute to the evaluation of Talent Acquisition tools & systems (background check, CRM etc.) and determine enhancements or changes and project manage implementation (led by Global Talent Acquisition)
- Develop recruitment strategies aligned to annual business goals or specific critical initiatives
- Develop recruitment metrics that drives maximum staffing performance
Uphold Legal and HR compliance directives
- Oversee company use of vendors and third-party agencies
- Partner with Human Resources, Group Training and Development and other Business leaders in talent management initiatives
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree and 5+ years of Talent Acquisition operations/recruiting experience
- Track record of successfully implementing new recruiting technologies
- Strong project management, planning, prioritizing, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Applicant Tracking Systems, Internet Applications & Social Media
- Exemplary oral and written communication skills in German and English, other languages are a plus
- Knowledge of recruiting and applicable methodology and employment law
Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills and ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Readiness to travel
