**Deine Verantwortung**:
- Du stärkst die institutionellen Kapazitäten im Bereich Export
- und Importkontrolle sowie Handelskonformität innerhalb der gesamten Organisation.
- Du sicherst eine effiziente Einhaltung internationaler und lokaler Handelsrichtlinien und Vorschriften.
- Du baust effektive und effiziente Logistikprozesse sowohl intern als auch extern auf.
- Du trägst die Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Handels
- und Zollabfertigungsrichtlinien, einschließlich Importen und Exporten weltweit.
- Du setzt proaktiv kontinuierliche Verbesserungsmaßnahmen um, um einen kosteneffizienten Warentransfers weltweit zu erreichen und aufrechtzuerhalten.
- Du optimierst und feinabstimmst die globalen und lokalen Logistikkonzepte.
- Du richtest eine globale Kommunikationsplattform mit Interessengruppen ein, um den regelmäßigen Informationsaustausch zu erleichtern.
- Du vertrittst alle Logistikthemen im Corporate Operations Management Team.
**Deine Skills**:
- Du verfügst über eine Ausbildung in einem relevanten Bereich (z. B. eidg. Exportleiter, Import-/Export-Manager, Logistikstudium Uni/FH).
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung von Import
- und Exportaktivitäten mit globalen Verantwortlichkeiten mit.
- Du hast Projekterfahrung in einer globalen Umgebung mit nachgewiesener Erfolgsbilanz.
- Du besitzt aktive Kenntnisse der bestehenden Vorschriften wie Sanktionen und Embargos, Berechnung des Ursprungslands, Dual Use und Zollsätze für verschiedene Länder.
- Deine Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse sind fließend.
- Du zeigst starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
- Erfahrung mit regulierten Produkten (IVD, Medizin) ist von Vorteil.
