- V-ZUG Global Sales Excellence ist eine Abteilung innerhalb der globalen Marketing-Organisation, welche in enger Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Zentral-Bereichen wie Produktmanagement und IT sowie mit den lokalen Vertriebs-/Verkaufsorganisationen strategische sowie operative Projekte initialisiert und umsetzt, um die starke Position von V-ZUG im Heimatmarkt Schweiz und international ausbauen zu können.
- Dich erwartet eine anspruchsvolle und abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit als Project Manager, die zukunftsweisend für die Marketing
- und Vertriebsprozesse der V-ZUG ist. Wir haben ambitionierte Ziele zur Verbesserung der Customer Journey - sowohl auf Endkunden
- als auch auf Vertriebspartnerseite.**Das bietet dir die Stelle**:

- Du leitest Projekte in den Bereichen Strategie und Prozessoptimierung für die Abteilung Global Sales Excellence mit regionalem Fokus zunächst in der Schweiz und später auch international
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Erarbeitung von Projektaufträgen (zumeist im Rahmen des agilen SAFe-Ansatzes), die Analyse der aktuellen IST-Situation sowie die Entwicklung von Lösungskonzepten. Dabei trägst du die klare Verantwortung für eine nachhaltig erfolgreiche Einführung und Umsetzung
- Du übernimmst die Domain Ownership für Kundendaten innerhalb der abteilungsübergreifenden V-ZUG-Organisation für Master Data Management
- Du betreust die eingeführten Lösungen zum Customer Identification and Access Management (CIAM) und entwickelst diese zusammen mit der V-ZUG-IT und externen Entwicklungspartnern weiter

**Das bringst du für die Stelle mit**:

- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Ingenieurswesen mit BWL-Vertiefung
- Du konntest bereits erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement sammeln, idealerweise im Vertriebs
- oder Marketingumfeld
- Du hast langjährige Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit (nicht nur in leitender Funktion) und mehr als zwei Jahre Erfahrung in der Projektleitung
- Deine hohe Datenaffinität und ausgeprägten Analysefähigkeiten kannst du täglich unter Beweis stellen, um interdisziplinäre Projekte erfolgreich zu führen und datenbasierte Entscheidungen zu treffen
- Du kannst priorisieren und behältst durch deine systematische und analytische Vorgehensweise auch in hektischen Zeiten den Überblick
- Deine fliessenden Deutschkenntnisse auch ein verhandlungssicheres Englisch runden dein Profil ab
