**What part will you play?**

As a
**Global Sales Incentive Framework Manager (f/m/d)**, you are responsible for further maturing the sales incentive framework for Siemens Smart Infrastructure and working with the Countries and BUs to drive understanding and adoption of the framework within the regional sales organizations.
- You modify the existing framework to drive role and business model plans that align with business strategies
- You educate the business stakeholders on the applicability and appropriateness of the various options within the SIP Framework
- You consult with the countries and BUs on how to use to select plans from within the framework to drive business results
- You partner with Digital Industries (DI) to enhance the current framework with a consistent set of definitions for Sales Incentive terms
- You partner with DI and P&O to develop a standard Sales Incentive Plan set of terms and conditions that govern the administration of sales incentive globally within SI & DI
- You establish a Sales Incentive Framework Community within SI that owns roll-out and adoption of the Framework globally
- You own the “SIP Framework” Workstream as part of the overall Incentive Compensation Management roll project
- You collaborate with IT in the deployment of SAP Commissions platform within Siemens

**What you need to make real what matters.**
- You have a degree in marketing, computer science, business administration, or a comparable discipline
- To bridge the gap between Sales, IT, Sales Excellence and Business Units within HQ and countries ideally you will have spent time in sales or as a sales leader
- You bring several years of professional experience in related fields of the B2B area
- You have direct experience with SAP Commissions and CRM (especially Salesforce) is preferred
- Your ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and technical concepts into relatable business practicalities distinguishes you
- Superior Communication Skills: You are fluent in English and can explain complex topic in an engageable way. Additional languages are welcome.
- Be a reliable partner: You are a team player who delivers results on time and in high quality.
- Flexible Work: You have experience working with global and remote teams and are willing work in an agile environment.
