Technical Sales Manager

SoftInWay is a global leader in turbomachinery solutions and simulation. We support the leading aerospace, defense, and cleantech companies with advanced simulation software and engineering services to help develop their products and stay at the cutting edge of technology, whether that be rocket engines or Formula One racing cars.
***Responsibilities**:
- Drive product sales to meet annual goals
- Develop strong pipeline to drive sustainable growth and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs.
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential leads
- Contact a specific target of prospective leads
- Run sales campaigns in Salesforce
- Schedule discovery meetings with prospective and current clients
- Upsell to current customers
- Cold call relevant industry contacts to generate new business
- Attend client meetings to determine technical and business requirements
- Work with Product Management to provide customer feedback
- Maintain an updated database of customer accounts in Salesforce
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of technical sales experience required in simulation software or engineering services.
- Experience in sales of a complimentary or competing product is encouraged.
