For our client, an international company that offers IT solutions mainly to the financial sector, we are actively looking for an experienced and independent personality as Strategic Sales Manager to strengthen the sales activities in the DACH region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategy definition for the area or responsibility
- Direct sales of the software and service products in the DACH region (eventually also BENELUX)
- Lead generation, acquisition of new customers and identification of sales potentials
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with partners to develop and scale new markets
- Arranging and moderating customer meetings and independently presenting our solutions
- Preparation, negotiation and follow-up of offers and contract conclusions
- Competition and market observation including documentation
- Act as a source of ideas for marketing, including targeted campaigns to acquire new customers

**Requirements**:

- Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in DACH / BENELUX
- Successfully completed commercial or technical training
- Sales experience in the software industry, ideally in the area of compliance and of SaaS models
- Proactive, dynamic sales personality with assertiveness and entrepreneurial thinking and hands-on attitude
- Clear communication internally and externally in English; German is a strong advantage
