Job Title: Sales Manager Prescription & Consumer Switzerland
Location: Zug (hybrid)
**Job Description**:
Join us in our growth journey as a Sales Manager Prescription & Consumer for Switzerland In this role, you will lead the implementation of customer-centric programs to meet business objectives while managing a dedicated sales team. Reporting to the Country GM, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and contributing to the overall performance of the local affiliate.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer-centric commercial programs aligned with country objectives to meet and exceed P&L targets.
- Manage an HCP-focused and Pharmacy sales team, allocating resources based on segmentation, targeting, and key-account planning.
- Drive Salesforce Excellence and ensure salesforce readiness to execute strategic vision
- Manage budget allocation for the field force, ensuring optimal return on investment.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in sales with people leadership and budget responsibility.
- Experience in Pharmaceuticals and Consumer sectors, preferably in Dermatology.
- Experience with Biologic drugs in a Sales and/or Marketing role, with an understanding of local industry landscape and trends.
- Strong business/commercial acumen and influencing skills.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English are mandatory, French language skills will be considered a strong plus.
- Curious, entrepreneurial mindset with a positive attitude, proven learning agility, a hands-on shaper and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
- Ideally at least 5 years of strong sales management experience.
