**Job Description**:
As our new Sales Representative, you will create and implement our sales strategies to bring business in the Vaud Region to the next level

Job Responsibilities
- Systematic planning and organization of own sales force activities
- Establishing and maintaining contacts with pharmacies and general practitioners
- Comprehensive sales and product consulting throughout our dermatological product range
- Organizing and conducting of educational events (workshops, customer training) for medical professionals
- Responsible for achieving general and specific sales targets in terms of market penetration and turnover
- Representation of the product line at trade fairs and congresses
- Regular reporting and forecasting
- Analyzing customer profiles, developing and implementing sales and action plans in the assigned area of responsibility in cooperation with the sales manager
- Creating market analyses as a basis for further market development strategy

Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical sector, preferably in dermatology or in the dermokosmetic sector
- French, business fluent. German, fluent. English, basic knowledge.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office
- Negotiation skills and closing confidence
- Very high customer and result orientation
- Determination, self-motivation and willingness to perform
- Strong communication and persuasive skills
- Flexibility, willingness to travel and attend congresses
- Creativity and willingness to change
- Independent, dynamic, resilient and entrepreneurial personality
- Valid driving licence
