Job title: Sales Manager - Aesthetics
Location: Zug, Switzerland
Job description
Reporting directly to the Sales Head Aesthetics, you will provide input to and lead implementations of Sales & Client Management (Key Accounts, KOLs, speakers, trainers) programs to maximize the profitability. This includes, managing activities concerned with business development, pricing research and strategy, campaign planning, analytics and strategy, and insight research.
Key Tasks
- You identify the business needs and actively drive sales including the preparation of proposals and quotations
- You understand and evaluate ongoing Key Account & Client Management processes to identify any need for improvement and implement programs and policies that better suit the needs of Galderma
- You track and report the results and seek alignment related to the Key Account & Client Management activities to retain and expand current customer relationships
- You coach 3 or more professional level employees and are responsible for their results, evaluations and pay actions. This includes ensuring policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers, and stakeholders.
- You establish and maintain good external relationships with Key Opinion Leaders / Customers
- You collaborate to build long term marketing strategies including education, digital
- and multichannel marketing
Skills & Qualifications
- University degree, preferably in Business or science
- A solid sales exposure working in Aesthetics
- Strong commercial track record of driving demand, managing key accounts, increasing the number of clients by using strategic segmentation, effective marketing, and education tools
- Demonstrated team development capabilities
- Professional level of German and English
