The open secret is that the music industry is struggling with the very basics of music accounting: What was played, when and where? Who should get paid and how much?

Utopia Music is bridging the data gap by connecting global consumption, accurate metadata, and fast payments to an industry-wide trust platform. **THE ROLE**

As a Technical Project Manager you are part of Customer Operations ensuring successful completion of
the customer delivery and integration projects and customer success and growth. You work closely with
business and product teams and are actively involved in aligning the customer needs and aspirations,
delivering customer value and unlocking success with technical teams and working hands-on for great
results. Your role is an important part of modernizing the music industry.
In this role you will work closely with the business teams in Paris and engineering and product teams in
Helsinki and Stockholm. You are actively involved in managing and coordinating customer projects and
ensuring internal cross-functional alignment and communication.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Contribute and support sales cases by providing technical sales support
- Drive the scope and holistic planning of the project with cross-functional teams
- Drive successful project execution
- Drive and execute customer success and support after project completion
- Provide product knowledge to customers and identify opportunities for new projects and expansions.
- Develop and improve our capabilities, working practices and processes
- Act as a trusted advisor for both internal and external stakeholders
- Support and coach our team members and colleagues for great achievements with technical

projects and operations for our customers.**
REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 7 years experience managing and leading customer-facing IT projects
- Technical competence with data tools and reporting, programming languages or SQL
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in the music industry, especially in rights managements, is a great advantage but not mandatory.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- Willingness to travel occasionally (when it’s safe to travel) and work closely with customers in Europe and also other parts of the world.
