The Deliver Project Manager will drive our Strategic Project Management agenda for Customer Service, Warehousing and Transportation.

This position reports into Senior Manager Deliver PMO and Programs and can based at multiple EMEA locations.

**What will you do**

The Deliver Project Manager is accountable in the Regional Deliver organization driving our Strategic Project Management agenda for Customer Service, Warehousing and Transportation.

The role will ensure that E2E best practices are developed and deployed with a specific focus on Distribution optimization and building vital digital Deliver capabilities.

**Key Responsibilities**

Project Management for Deliver enabling an integrated project agenda with our E2E Supply Chain and Stakeholders.
- Analyze processes and system data to make cost structures transparent and help build improvement plans with local distribution operations and customer service teams to derive performance improvement opportunities.
- Identify best practices around performance management and share through regional forums.
- Support orchestration of Deliver operational performance, failure mode analysis, analytics, and continuous improvement.
- Run Cost Improvement Programs for the region.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 6 years’ experience in Supply Chain management
- Minimum 3 Years’ Experience in Distribution
- Experience working in a global function and matrix environment
- Expertise in Project Management
- Expertise in Data analysis
- Ability to promote a vision and drive change to transform organizations via strong engagement/communication
- Ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships internally and externally with customer focus
- Experience leading project management organizations and driving significant scope and complex cost improvement programs
- Experience in analytics roles or projects requiring significant data complexity
- Presence and persistence to face off with and be a challenge partner to business leaders
