This position is responsible for providing guidance and recommendation to Consumer supply chain leaders on end to end value chain risk management using fact based management tools and strategies. The role provides segment-wide strategic oversight to sustain and improve J&J's capability to effectively identify, prioritize and mitigate operational risk that may compromise J&J's reliable product supply.

**Core responsibilities include**:

- Partners with product and/or site owners (including SMEs) in the training and execution of Deliver last mile product risk assessments and assists in the identification and tracking of risk mitigation activities. (30%)
- Collaborates with regional leaders and other supply chain risk assurance teams (Source, EH&S, Quality, Warehouses, 3P/4P L partners) to develop and drive an effective risk management agenda for the New Consumer Health Company. Aligns risk management agenda to supply chain priorities and secures alignment and endorsement from senior New Consumer Health Company Supply Chain Leadership. Influences the prioritization of risk management investments across the end to end supply chain by creating an integrated view of risk across the Consumer segment Deliver value Chain. (30%)
- Develops & maintains Deliver VC risk management plans, and ensures alignment with business plan and strategic plan; provides input to New Consumer Health Company SC Strategic Plan on Deliver business priorities and end to end risk profile. (20%)
- Collaborates with New Consumer Health Company stakeholders to inform and secure organizational sponsorship and resource allocation to assure effective program deployment. (10%)
- Engages externally to sustain knowledge / awareness of industry standards, best practices, and benchmark performers. Provides business insights into the development of standards, guidelines, tools, training and other support materials necessary to enable key processes, build capability, drive continuous improvement and enhance SCRM program maturity. (5%)
- Partners with Warehouse and DC Business Continuity Management (BCM) teams to ensure BCP plans are robust and aligned with business objectives (5%)

**Qualifications** Position Requirements**:

- Minimum of a BA/BS degree in a Science or business-related field
- 8 -10 years of experience with practical knowledge in supply chain, business, and process improvement.
- 3-5 years of demonstrated people leadership skills
- Understanding of major trends, dynamics, and competitive landscape in the Consumer Health industry

- Ability to work independently, manage and prioritize multiple business objectives with the proper sense of urgency, and balance workload is required
- Must be able to operate with a global mindset with an understanding and appreciation for regional differences
