**Your mission**:

- You are the key point of contact to the central supply chain in Switzerland, connecting the German S&OP process to the European roll-up.
- You are overseeing, developing, and further optimizing the daily supply chain operations in Germany.
- You are building & continuously improving Planted’s data landscape in Germany and set us up to be retail ready both in terms of EDI ordering and in close collaboration with the HQ to imbed the ERP system.
- In collaboration with the finance team, you will approve and support all back-office financial processes including invoicing, payments, and internal financial reporting.
- Owning inventory levels of both production and marketing material, managing sourcing, and identifying the most efficient supply route.

**You**:

- ideally live in Berlin or are willing to commute on 2 days per week.
- are a self-driven, go-getter with 2 years or more work experience in supply and operations within FMCG.
- have a broad skill set that enables you to manage the end-to-end supply chain.
- are highly organized, reliable, and a numbers-driven personality.
- are an excellent communicator in an international, cross-functional environment.
- have working knowledge of MS 365 Business Central, Weclapp, or other ERP systems.
- are enthusiastic about working with plant-based meat and food in general.
- are a team player and responsibility-taker with an entrepreneurial mindset and a high level of independence.
- are fluent in English and German, any additional language a plus.
- possess a valid work permit and are allowed to work in Germany.
