**Your mission**:

- Build and lead the procurement function for planted globally.
- Ensure reliable, timely and cost effective supply of direct materials.
- Build a management and reporting framework for indirect spend.
- Understand, discover and leverage market and industry specifics.
- Enable make-or-buy /level of vertical integration decision making.
- Manage critical suppliers and lead crucial negotiations.

**You are/have**:

- Highly organized, reliable and numbers driven personality.
- Knowledge of MS 365 Business Central or other ERP an advantage.
- Good knowledge of supply chain management, accounting and controlling.
- Fluent in German and English, any other language a plus.
