We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join our growing team in Basel.

This position is on a 5 month contract.

:

- As the central point of contact, you will monitor and be responsible for the organization of the administrative processes for the location independently, and with your professional demeanor you will ensure a warm atmosphere for business partners and employees.
- Reception Cover & Distribution of Internal Post
- Administrative and organizational support and relief for the management and colleagues.
- You will take on general administrative tasks in day-to-day business, including; coordinating maintenance measures, ordering hardware, etc
- Liaise with Finance in regards to PO & Supplier invoice management.
- Coordinate meeting rooms and documentation
- Assist with business trip management, liaising with travel desk to ensure appropriate bookings
- You will be involved in the onboarding of new colleagues and set up workplaces for new employees
- You are also responsible for checking the deliveries and processing the invoices for the services, and liaising with suppliers alongside our finance department
- Support the organization of company events and work on a wide variety of projects
- Quality Management of internal systems and documentation.
- You will be involved in the planning and implementation of internal events.
- The monitoring of the office premises.
- You work closely with building management and provide support on issues such as facilities management
:

- A minimum of 5 years in a professional office environment with a background in administration.
- Fluent German and Fluent English
- You have work experience as; fremdsprachenkorrespondent, bürokauffrau, kauffrau für büromanagement, Kaufleute für Bürokommunikation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, positive and flexible attitude to work.
- Excellent ability to work on own initiative.
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent computer skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
