Operations / Business Manager

The Nym team is a world class mix of privacy experts, coders, and thinkers spread all over Europe. We believe that user privacy underpins democratic freedoms in a networked world, and we’re proud to help roll back the surveillance society.
We now have an exciting opportunity for a French-speaking Operations Manager to come on board. Working closely with the COO and Head of People, you will be optimising and maintaining Nym’s core operations, helping to cement Nym’s technology as the default for privacy online.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Nym’s core operations across Finance, Legal, HR and Recruitment
- Assist Nym with selected operations-orientated projects, directly supporting the COO
- Maintaining and publishing all operations-related documentation, you will be using tools such as Gitlab and GDrive.
- Corporate structure management, organising general assembly, and helping to coordinate board meetings
- Managing contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders
- Communicating with various stakeholders across the business, making sure key operational requirements are met
What you bring to the team
- French and English fluency
- 2 - 5 years’ experience working in an Operations/Business manager position or similar
- Superb written and oral communication, with a passion for people
- A passion for Privacy, with 100% belief in Nym's mission
- Good understanding of the Blockchain ecosystem
- UK or EU passport - part of this role is semi-frequent travel inside Europe
