**Overall Purpose of Role**:
The Marketing Director is responsible for the development of the overall marketing strategic direction for the Swiss market and the strategic and financial planning and implementation of tailored marketing plans for the film slate in the local market.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Member of the local Senior Management Team and as such jointly responsible for the strategic direction, the management and the development of the company
- Responsible for an effective and efficient design of the organizational structure of the marketing department and its processes
- Leads the marketing team and ensures the further development as part of the ongoing digital business transformation
- Overall responsibility for all marketing plans and their adequate execution for each film release

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Development of a fully integrated marketing plan and communication strategy per title as well as the supervision of its execution through the marketing team
- Generating fresh and new approaches and ideas in line with the relevant strategic guidelines
- Supervision of the process adapting, developing and implementing creative materials for the Swiss language areas
- Represents the Swiss marketing team in international meetings and conferences
- Selection and control over external creative, media, promotion and publicity agencies and ensuring an optimum value for money
- Ensures collaboration with local SMT, head office marketing and NBCU business units

**Experiences & Qualifications**:

- High level education in business administration, marketing and communications
- Excellent track record in marketing with several years of experience in media & communication in an international environment
- Proficiency in all offline and online media
- Ability to develop integrated innovative marketing campaigns
- Proven leadership and team motivation skills
- Experience in managing change
- Self-starter and decision-maker
- Strong strategic thinking and business fluency
- Excellent communication and language skills in German, English and French
