Mit 8 Veranstaltungsräumlichkeiten bietet das Sheraton Zürich Hotel den idealen Ort für Tagungen, Meetings, Seminare oder für ein grosses Fest im Ballsaal. „Sheraton Fitness“ steht den Gästen 24 Stunden am Tag zur Verfügung.

Das **Neues Schloss Privat Hotel Zürich** begeistert alle Sinne mit einer neuen Art von urbanem Luxus in unmittelbarer Nähe des Zürichsees. Erbaut in den frühen 1930er Jahren im Zürcher Art Déco-Stil, bewahrt unser modernes Hotel sein Erbe als individuelles Privathotel. Unser Hotel in der Innenstadt von Zürich bietet 57 Gästezimmer und Suiten. Das Design, eine aufregende Kombination aus futuristischen und nostalgischen Elementen, vereint, was normalerweise nicht zusammenpasst. In unserem mediterranen Restaurant Castellan´s verschmilzt die südeuropäische Küche mit der kulinarischen Vielfalt Zürichs.

Für unsere beiden Häuser suchen wir nach Vereinbarung ein/e qualifizierte/n und engagierte/n Multiproperty Director of Sales & Marketing 100% (m/w/d)
- Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Optimierung der Strategien zur Optimierung des wirtschaftlichen Erfolgs beider Hotels
- Bewertung und Entwicklung von umsatzfördernden Maßnahmen zur Steigerung des Geschäftserfolgs
- Strategische Ausrichtung des Hotelverkaufs und der Budgetplanung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales-, Marketing
- und Revenue Management Team
- Aufbau starker Partnerschaften mit lokalen und internationalen Kunden
- Gesamtverantwortung für Business Plan, Zielvereinbarungen und alle Sales & Marketing-Aktivitäten
- Entwicklung einer starken Öffentlichkeitsarbeit durch die Beteiligung an lokalen, regionalen, nationalen und internationalen Messen und Kundenveranstaltungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales Office und mit den operativen Abteilungen zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufes
- Optimierung von Prozessen und deren Umsetzung
- Beobachtung und Analyse des Marktes und der Mitbewerber
- Erstellen von Reportings für die Geschäftsleitung und Eigentümer
- Führung und Förderung der Mitarbeiter im Rahmen des Unternehmensphilosophie
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
- Natürliche Freundlichkeit und ein souveränes Auftreten
- Du zeichnest dich durch deine Professionalität und ausgeprägten Führungsstil aus
- Du hast einen ausgeprägten Sinn für die Wünsche unserer Gäste
- Du bist flexibel, gastorientiert und organisiert und besitzt gute Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeiten
- Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse sind wichtig, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
