We are looking for an Aircraft Sales and Services Director - Asia. The role is responsible to generate Sales in the East and South East Asia for new and pre-owned aircraft and their associated services such aircraft management, cabin completion, cabin upgrades and MRO services.

You must have extensive relationships in the business aviation industry in Asia, preferably with decision-makers or influencers of purchasers of business jet. Also, must have an in-depth knowledge of aircraft sales, technical understanding of business aviation aircraft and know-how to achieve sales. He/she will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and can quickly build trust and develop relationships with prospects clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage client relationships to promote Comlux products and services in the Asian business jet market, with a primary focus on aircraft sales.
- In coordination with Comlux sales operation, develop a network of prospects and relationships to generate sales
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities
- Identify opportunities to obtain aircraft sales mandates and/or acquisition mandates
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate sales transactions in line with the sales proposal objectives and in coordination with management.
- Maintain and update aircraft sales records with Salesforce and ensure proper management reporting
- Attend and represent the company during selected business aviation events (such as air shows/conferences)
- Travel to meet prospects and customers in person to present and propose Comlux products & services

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Aviation, Business, or related field will be considered an asset
- 5+ years of experience in the business aviation market
- In-depth knowledge of the aviation industry and the Asian market in particular
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build trust and relationships with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
