We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented **Marketing Coordinator** to join our energetic in-house marketing team. Here at Cultural Care, we are a team of problem-solvers, relationship-builders, and innovators who are constantly thinking about how we can improve our program experience, respond to both micro and macro-level business challenges, and evolve to stay relevant to our global audiences.

As an integral part of this truly global team, you’ll be based in our Zurich headquarters and report to the Director of Marketing. You will work to support marketing projects for central initiatives and for our au pair recruitment markets worldwide. You will learn from our team of marketing managers and our creative team to grow your knowledge and experience in the world of marketing.

**Role responsibilities**:

- Provide tailored marketing support to 25+ international au pair recruitment teams across all marketing channels
- Own content management in various systems including Contentful, WordPress & Marketing Cloud
- Manage relationships with vendors
- Roll out 360, re-engagement, and conversion campaigns across multiple markets
- Work closely with our in-house creative team to ensure brand-aligned content and deliver marketing materials
- Coordinate our translation and review process in 15+ languages

**Requirements**:

- A degree in Marketing or Communication
- 2+ years’ work experience in a marketing team
- You are a team player who understands the importance of teamwork, collaboration, and open communication across a global organization
- Eligibility for a Swiss work permit
- Excellent English skills (working language is English), other European languages a plus
