We are looking for a passionate and talented Marketing Coordinator to help us grow our brand and customer base.

Tasks

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with our marketing, product, and design teams to ensure that our branding and performance campaigns are innovative and effective. You will assist in content creation and support our marketing initiatives to enhance our visibility and customer engagement. This role requires a proactive individual who can collaborate effectively across diverse teams and contribute to multiple projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Content Creation: Assist in the development and delivery of content for our marketing channels to ensure consistent and engaging messaging.
- Campaign Support: Help manage and optimize branding and performance marketing campaigns, analyzing effectiveness and implement improvements.
- Localization (french): Translate and adapt marketing content to resonate with French-speaking audiences, ensuring cultural relevance and accuracy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and design teams to align on strategic goals and ensure cohesive brand messaging across all platforms.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends and customer needs to better inform our marketing strategies.Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to provide actionable insights that drive future marketing efforts.

**Requirements**:
**The Must-Haves**:

- Bachelor, Master Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in French and English; strong verbal and written communication skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role with a proven track record of supporting successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with an ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), all major Social Media Platforms, and AI-Content Tools.

**The Nice-to-Haves**:

- Experience in the automotive, e-commerce sectors and sales.
- Experience in lean and collaborative environments
- Experience using CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Additional language skills, particularly German.
