**Global Early Talent Program Coordinator**:

Location: Preferred EU time zone countries. Get energized by the passionate graduates that every year get selected for the Global Early Talent Program at ABB. In this program coordination role, you will be able to shape the global early talent pipeline of the company in specific functions, operating in a truly global environment and close to the business needs. The role will report to the Global Early Talent and Employer Branding Manager.

**Your responsibilities**:
- Align with business stakeholders to defined program goals, hiring needs, feedback, and budget. Manage the budget and the charge-outs throughout the year (ca. 6 million USD)
- Sponsor and increase awareness of the program within our organization to generate a pull effect from business.
- Coordinate with the local TA team and project manage the yearly hiring process of the program, with a proper employer branding and recruitment marketing plan.
- Manage the entire 24-months program cycle for the participants (ca. 20-25 new participants per year - 40 at any given time)
- Fine tune and continuously improve the program setup to always meet the highest possible quality and satisfaction standards.
- Define KPIs and ensure appropriate metrics are in place with regular check-ins.
- Own the partnership with global/regional school networks like UNITECH and CEMS, making sure they are known within the company and correctly leveraged for talent acquisition purposes.
- Coordinate the activity of a support resource based out of one of the ABB services Hubs.
**Your background**:
- Minimum 5 years previous experience in designing and managing high impact rotational programs in similar global corporations, with proven track record and experience in managing projects and events.
- Good knowledge of the Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand processes and practices
- Passion for people development and growth
- Ability to network with and influence senior Business and HR leaders.
- At ease with coaching others, in particular early in career profiles.
- Good communicator with clear customer service orientation as well as a self-driven, resilient, energetic, and inclusive professional.
