- In this role you are responsible for defining Sonova’s global talent acquisition strategy and the execution of that strategy. Includes employer branding, EVP, diverse talent pipeline identification, strategic sourcing, external and internal succession planning for critical roles with talent management - all supported by state of the art technology. Accountable for overseeing the organization’s talent planning, diverse sourcing, and acquisition efforts by partnering with business leaders and HR business partners to develop talent acquisition plans and leading the execution of those plans through a small network of talent acquisition specialists. This role is a member of the Talent CoE and is responsible for ensuring that talent acquisition programs are appropriately integrated and aligned with other talent programs (e.g. Diversity and Inclusion, onboarding and learning).**Your tasks**
- Leading and supporting strategic global direct search initiatives
- Building of talent communities and lead the design of consistent organization-wide talent acquisition programs, policies, and procedures
- Oversee the execution of talent acquisition programs, policies, and procedures as well as a small team of talent acquisition specialists
- Monitor use, adoption, effectiveness, and compliance of talent acquisition processes, policies and programs
- Work with the HR Operations and Strategy CoE to identify systems and technology required to effectively support talent acquisition and workforce planning initiatives
- Accountable and responsible for overall diverse recruiting and sourcing strategy design & sets framework incl. e.g. sourcing channels, requirements for suppliers, incl. tools, process, preferred providers etc.
- Overall responsibility for the diverse sourcing / search strategies for top executives, strategic hires, business critical positions and key positions to ensure alignment with the Sonova X leadership expectations
- Develops & analyses our recruitment metrics, and use your knowledge, market insights, numbers and analysis to continually refine & improve the talent acquisition process across the whole company
- Manages recruitment technology tool landscapes and follow new digital trends and strategies
- Responsible for defining HR marketing activities in line with Employer Branding strategy
- Responsible for content for careers pages - performance and our hiring social channels - LinkedIn and Glassdoor
- Positioning Sonova as Employer of choice at top universities and rankings
- Responsible for setting a global QMS for external providers such as external agencies, headhunter, assessment providers etc.

**Your profile**
- Master Degree in Psychology, Marketing, HR or Business
- 10+ years of professional experience in a leadership role in talent acquisition, either inhouse or as an RPO, in a fast-paced global environment
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams on a global level
- Employer Brand and EVP design and execution experience
- Analytical and conceptual thinking paired with a distinct understanding of business on a global level
- Strategic and result-oriented thinking and acting, research-minded, innovation driven, strong conceptual abilities
- Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken any other languages are an asset
