Reporting to our Head of Global TA, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who is experienced, results driven, yet curious, confident and flexible. If you know what great looks like and have a vision for how talent sourcing can drive overall TA performance and headcount growth, this is your job.

**What You Will Do**
- Lead and inspire a global team of Sourcers (currently 9) including providing day to day direction, ensuring data integrity in Greenhouse (our ATS), coaching and mentoring, providing developmental feedback and guiding career development.
- Use a data-driven approach to capacity planning, pipeline and funnel analysis, source tracking and reporting, set achievable and relevant metrics for the team and enable team performance.
- Collaborate closely with other TA leaders and key business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and focus our sourcing efforts.
- Together with our Head of Employer Brand and TA Campaign Manager, develop, maintain and promote Scandit's global employer brand marketing strategy.
- Challenge team to think creatively and innovate the art of sourcing and outreach
- Champion Scandit's culture, environment and values while building a supportive culture

**Who You Are?**
- 8+ years of experience in talent attraction / acquisition with a particular focus on developing and executing sourcing strategies.
- Collaborative and creative leader with 3 plus years' experience in inspiring and developing high performing recruiting and sourcing teams, hiring leaders, managers and partners
- Experience with international sourcing/recruiting as well as across multiple business units (engineering, sales, marketing, corporate).
- Proficient with analytics / metrics and using data to make and justify decisions
- Demonstrated ability to partner and influence senior management, hiring leaders and partners in matrixed organizations
- Strong knowledge of modern TA tools and proven experience implementing innovative recruiting programs
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
