Location: Global, with a preference for European countries. Talent Acquisition, partnering with stakeholders all over the world and providing excellent support and great team spirit are keywords that make your heartbeat faster? Then get ready to join our international team In this role, you will be responsible to partner with Business and HR leaders to provide expertise and solutions in the field of Talent Acquisition within the global ABB organization to attract the appropriate workforce to deliver the business strategy, focusing on the Electrification Smart Power Division supporting its agile Smart Transformation. Reporting to the Global Manager Corporate and International Recruiting you will define, implement, and continuously optimize HR processes and procedures aligned with ABB’s guidance, policies, and procedures.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Building up a solid talent knowledge in the agile field and consistently growing an internal and external global talent pipeline for key agile roles (Product Owners, Chapter leaders, Scrum Master, Agile Coaches, etc.),
- Promoting Smart Power new way of working within the Agile Transformation (employer branding).
- Taking end-to-end responsibility for recruitment for global, business, and critical to hire roles globally, serving Smart Power Division (ELSP) Agile Organization and managing a highly efficient recruitment process across all geographies and ensuring compliance standards in all areas of responsibility.
- Managing recruitment campaigns, partnering with hiring managers to understand the requirements, and proposing appropriate sourcing solutions.
- Understanding the global markets and building strong relationships and trust with senior leaders across the ELSP division, performing excellent Stakeholder Management
- Actively advocating for internal Talent Advancement, diversity, and inclusion opportunities as well as partnering with local Talent Acquisition teams and HR Business Partners
- Actively source for talent on the external market focusing on agile profiles
- Liaising with internal sourcing and external recruitment firms if required and ensuring their capabilities for market mapping and recruitment support in the various geographic regions.

**Your background**:

- A degree in business administration, HR, psychology, or related fields
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting including inhouse recruiting experience within a comparable organization or an international search firm, ideally within a regional or global role.
- Sound knowledge of sourcing strategies and techniques, including use of digital and social media as well as strong knowledge and/or interest in agile profiles / set-up
- Strategic mindset with a thorough understanding of business drivers and Talent Acquisition and Advancement trends, as well as strong end-to-end process thinking and experience of managing change projects.
- Ability to network with and influence senior Business and HR leaders globally; exceptional communication skills, strong customer service orientation with proven consulting and influencing skills.
- Self-driven, resilient, energetic, creating or responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputs.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, additional languages are an advantage
