Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Communications Strategist to join our team at Hyatt Regency Zurich Airport The Circle. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.

Hyatt Regency Zurich Airport The Circle is located in the heart of the Circle district, just steps from Zurich Airport. Our hotel offers 255 rooms and 300 rooms at Hyatt Place Zurich Airport. We are proud to offer a unique and diverse environment with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communications strategies to promote our hotels, the Circle Convention Center, and F&B outlets locally and internationally.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all touch points, including hotel collateral, digital channels, and PR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with our PR and digital agency to drive results-oriented marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare and execute annual marketing plans, providing regular reporting on key performance indicators.
  • Work closely with the Commercial Director to develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring effective use of resources.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, stakeholders, and media to build strategic relationships.
  • Drive innovation in marketing and communications, leading projects that enhance our brand presence and reputation.
  • Lead content creation efforts, overseeing photo and video shoots aligned with brand guidelines.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in marketing communications, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • An open-minded and hands-on approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is approximately €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
