We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Strategist to lead various digital projects and assist the Digital Marketing team in reaching specific goals. The Digital Marketing Strategist will be tasked with analyzing user experience data, initiating digital projects, reporting on planned and current strategies, leading effective digital marketing projects, and ensuring that projects are executed within specific timeframes. You will play a pivotal role in growing our business, customer base, and improving our digital customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include tracking online marketing trends, driving and implementing AB tests and personalization initiatives (using Customer Data Platform), collecting and analyzing data, developing campaign strategies, and driving first in class web initiatives.

**How you will succeed in this role**:

- Lead digital marketing projects from end to finish.
- Monitoring and analyzing our digital ecosystem.
- Developing and presenting learnings from your analyses, including actionable insights and recommendations.
- Communicating and presenting to colleagues and senior management.
- Evaluate and implement improvements on digital marketing strategy.
- Research the latest digital tools and trends.
- Drive value and growth for the organization.
- Implementing AB tests (Google Optimize) and personalization initiatives using our Customer Data Platform.

**The ideal Digital Marketing Strategist**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years’ hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Firm grasp of emerging digital tools.
- Experience with analytical and reporting tools, including Tableau, Google Analytics, and Data Studio.
- Experience with AB tests platforms (Google Optimize).
- Experience with CDP platforms (Blueconic is a plus).
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working with CMS systems (Storyblok a plus).
- Fluent in English (other languages a plus: Spanish, French, German, etc).
- Be eligible to work in Switzerland.
