Are you a trailblazing marketing leader, ready to shape the way the world sees Robotics? We're on the lookout for a visionary Vice President of Marketing Communications to be at the forefront of a fast-growing industry and influence how we perceive robotics in our daily lives.

Your Mission: Embrace the Autonomous Industry Era
- As the VP of Marketing Communications, you'll be at the helm of ANYbotics, helping us establish our position as the global B2B leader in autonomous industrial inspection. Your role is pivotal in creating a powerful lead generation engine and steering the narrative of robotics as we enter the Autonomous Industry era.

Strategic Vision, Creative Leadership, and Results
- You'll define both short-term and long-term marketing communication strategies, overseeing their execution through your team, partner agencies, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders. The Market & Our Technology

**Your contributions**:

- ** Strategy and Execution**: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, enhancing branding, solution awareness, and lead generation across all online and offline channels. You'll be the driving force behind our marketing initiatives
- ** B2B Branding**: Establish a leading global B2B brand, driving excellence in brand development and recognition. You'll be responsible for elevating our brand to new heights
- ** Storytelling and Content**: Craft compelling narratives and customer content to foster our image as thought leaders and engage audiences effectively, always ensuring highest standards in content quality and consistency. Your creativity will set us apart
- ** Lead Generation**: Lead the build-up of a data-driven lead generation engine. Your expertise will drive our growth

**Your profile**:

- University degree or advanced studies in Marketing Communications or related disciplines
- Proven high-performance track record in building a global B2B brand and leading a marketing communications team in the field of high-tech industrial products, solutions and services
- Deep knowledge of marketing techniques including content and performance marketing, marketing automation, SEO/SEM, digital marketing and social media
- Creative and curious mind with a view for quality and attention to detail
- Experience in building, leading, and working with agile teams and in managing and coordination a broad set of agency and contractual specialist partners
- Excellent leadership skills with track record of bringing out the best in people and fostering a diverse environment
- High proactiveness, persistence and drive to achieve performance goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, ideally also in German
