- We are looking for a Marketing Communication Manager for our Roger portfolio. Roger is an intelligent wireless microphone technology that transmits speech directly to hearing aids and cochlear implants, helping to overcome distance and noise. Functioning like a third ear, Roger allows people with hearing loss to learn, work and socialize more easily.- The Marketing Communication Manager is responsible for developing global marketing campaigns for the Roger portfolio. The main purpose of these campaigns is to strengthen the Roger brand, to excite our customers for new product launches and to showcase the value Roger delivers. The Roger Marketing Team is based in Murten and Stäfa.**Your tasks**
- Develop the Roger marketing campaign strategy, key messaging, tool list and roll-out plan
- Act as a guardian of the Roger brand by ensuring consistency across all tools and channels
- Co-create marketing tools together with external agencies and internal stakeholders
- Measure the adoption and commercial impact of the marketing campaigns
- Continuously align all activities with the broader Roger Marketing Team

**Your profile**
- Degree in Marketing, Business or similar field
- Minimum of 3 years working in marketing communications
- Experience with the planning and execution of global marketing campaigns
- Creative and also highly structured and detail oriented
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent command of English
- Team player
