Its innovative and reliable solutions have been part of more than 1,600 reference projects worldwide.**Your responsibilities**:
**1. Plan, manage and control allocated HZI products and/or services portfolio during the product lifecycle from market readiness to market withdrawal**
- Support understanding of reasonable level of know how needed in the organisation for products and/or services in co-operation with Operational Excellence Organisation
- Prepare marketing approach for product launches and upgrades
- Check for systematic updates during lifetime of specific product

**2. Manage market strategy for the allocated product / offering / portfolio by conducting market intelligence**:

- Responsible for increasing/maintaining market share of allocated products
- Market size, geographies & drivers
- Deriving trends from regulatory framework for product re-design
- Market competition benchmarking
- Support portfolio benchmarking
- Strategic positioning / way to market
- Supporting the setting of annual and 3 year-plan sales targets
- Recording past market data (market size, shares, etc.) and provide market statistics
- Supporting definition of communication strategy in coordination with Sales and Communication departments

**3. Define and manage product / offering strategy for the allocated portfolio**:

- Benchmarking current technology / product / offering portfolio vs. market and competition
- Proposing product / portfolio development to close gaps and improve positioning in cooperation with R&D, including Budget allocation proposal
- Supporting definition of USP (unique selling propositions) for the assigned portfolio in coordination with Sales and R&D
- Developing / preparing tools and trainings to support the sales activities
- Defining and maintaining pricing tools for the assigned portfolio and set proper target pricing
- Supporting definition of digitalization strategy for the assigned portfolio
- Recording product portfolio data together with other functions (technical performance, references, delivery, lead time, etc.)

**Your experiences**:
**Job specific qualification**
- Sound industrial product knowledge, preferably in Waste to Energy (e.g. WtE Engineering or WtE Technology)
- Strong in capturing customer value and bringing it into the organisation
- Beneficial: Experience in international product & marketing management
- Beneficial: Experience in development of product/market strategies and in product launches
- Experience of working in a global matrix organization
- Business fluent in English and German, French beneficial
- Willingness to travel approx. 10 - 20 %
