IS Operations Manager being accountable to deliver and to orchestrate the delivery of IS Service Line operations activities. Coordinates and supervises internal and/or external 3rd party supplier resources for the effective delivery and operational performance of the services in scope ensuring continuous improvement and compliance.

**This position reports to**:
IS Operations Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Builds IS Domain Service operation activities in cooperation with IS Service Owners and IS Solution Architects
- Maps business process demand to existing or new IS services providing and helping on the direction of new demands and projects in collaboration with IS Service Owners
- Ensures configuration of state changes and thresholds for proactive monitoring
- Dedicates resources to monitor problem volumes, RCA quality and solution timelines and follow up on potential improvement opportunities
- Is responsible for day-to-day execution of IS Domain service operation delivery, escalation, and relationship management
- Is responsible in incident management for ensuring service restauration within agreed SLA, business impact analysis and prioritization
- Adherence to Corporate IS Policies and Procedures, as well as to both internal regulations and external legislation falls within the area of responsibility of this job

**Your background**:

- Require Bachelor’s Degree, (preferred Master’s Degree)
- Overall, 8-10 years of experience
- Minimum 6 years experience in ServiceNow Operations and 3-4 years experience in people management
