**IS Hosting Patch and Misconfiguration Operations Manager**:

Be part of Hosting Operations within Core Infrastructure Services domain and manage operational aspects of various processes supporting delivery of Hosting Services to our customers.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Act as Hosting SPOC for all aspects of Patch and Misconfiguration Management
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure adherence with Patch and Misconfiguration Management process, contribute to increasing process maturity
- Co-create, review and ensure timely delivery of Hosting Patch Management Reports
- Maintaining and updating process relevant documentation
- Maintaining Patching Calendar and Patching Maintenance Schedules
- Work on continuous service improvements ensuring data quality
- Review Patching SLAs and support ABB InfoSec, SLM team and other Hosting stakeholders to identify issues with service delivery
- Manage supplier teams and establish a working relationship with vendor SPOCs

**Your background**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT environment with proven experience in Patch/Vulnerability Management area
- Proficient in IT service management practices (ITIL knowledge is a must)
- Experience with multi-vendor multi-national environment
- General awareness about Infrastructure Hosting concepts, consciousness of different technologies
- Excellent reporting skills, ability to formulate conclusions from available data
- Strong team player with attention to detail and “can-do” attitude
- Proven experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Share Point, Teams, Power Point & Excel, Power BI).
- Fluency in English is essential (written and spoken)
