Infosec Protect is the responsible department for implementation of Security Technologies and running the services for ABB business areas. The department is responsible for implementation of technologies and services around end point security (EDR, PAM etc.), Network security, Public Key Infrastructure, Insider Risk, Cloud Security etc. IS Operations manager for end point Security is responsible for running end point security technologies e.g., EDR/XDR, end point encryption, device control etc. with help of service partners.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Ensuring Coverage and efficient operations of end point security solutions like EDR/ XDR, end point encryption.
- Handling EDR/XDR troubleshooting for servers and end points.
- Coordination with OEM for resolution of issues.
- Ensuring that services are delivered in line with agreed service level agreement.
- Continual improvement in end point security technology portfolio.
- Planning automations for effective security operations.

**Your background**:

- Excellent knowledge of EDR/XDR platforms on endpoints and servers, cloud workloads in complex and large enterprise setups.
- Knowledge of Microsoft end point security platforms
- Excellent knowledge in managing technologies like end point encryption, Microsoft E5 security suite, Defender for Server.
- Excellent knowledge about Malware types, their spreading mechanism
- Good understanding of end point security project management
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Broad knowledge and experience across IT infrastructure with security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, CSA, ISO, MITRE.
