**IS Manager for External Attack**:

The IS Security Specialist is responsible for the successful development and implementation of security measures in their area of responsibility for the ABB organization. From Global Endpoint and Hosting protection services to Network Security, Operations and Awareness, they protect ABB organization from rapidly escalating threats and are vigilant in combating attackers, taking charge of their organizations cybersecurity and keeping track of existing security infrastructure to ensure systems protect vital information.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement service in External attack surface for the organization & Oversee findings and prioritize vulnerabilities based on risk and criticality.
- Work closely with IS and Business teams to ensure that discovered security weaknesses are remediated in a timely manner.
- Provide guidance and support to IS and Business teams on how to maintain Cyber hygiene at perimeter
- Collaborate with the IS Department Managers and all other teams in InfoSec to ensure understanding of existing business requirements and new service demand and security design and roadmap.
- Deliver and continuously improve maturity of configuration hardening management services, remediation support and global IT asset visibility services across the ABB Group within budgeted costs and time schedule.
- Support the establishment and monitoring of comprehensive risk-focused monitoring metrics to ensure efficient delivery of security services in the scope, meeting business requirements.
- Ensure that security services in the scope of this portfolio are aligned to Information Security design and roadmap as published by Corporate IS Information Security.
- Execute, for assigned tasks, all actions in IS processes according to agreed RACI specifications.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related qualification, and/or proven capability through past employment experience
- 12+ years of Information Security experience with at least 5-7 years in leading service delivery and management.
- Very strong skills in running configuration hardening and management programs.
- Strong experience in security services operations from design, launch and maintenance. Services across network, endpoint, datacenter/cloud, vendor management (VM) etc.
- Excellent leadership skills to manage and motivate distributed, international teams, experience in building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of the following areas of technical expertise: information security management and governance, vulnerability management, hardening baselines, patch management, IT risk assessment and management, and the overall context of IS technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to present complex and technical issues to diverse audiences including senior management.
