**Head of FP&A Governance and Operations**:

**Your responsibilities**:

- 1. Operations of Planning and Performance management process
- Ensure quality, timeliness, and organization in operation of processes with Planning and Performance management at ABB: Long-term, Annual planning processes, Rolling Forecast, Monthly operating business reviews, Performance scorecard, Management reporting, KPIs and incentives.
- Streamline processes, templates to improve accuracy, efficiency and minimize rework of Group and Business teams.
- Set up performance indicators to continuously evaluate effectiveness of operations and improve.
- Identify opportunities for simplification, automation, digitization and leverage technology and FTP to optimize operations. Build the transition roadmap from current state to target (post-FTP) and execute to it.
- Collaborate cross-processes, within Corporate FP&A and with businesses to integrate data, new analytical frameworks and streamline information flow for decision making.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., to enhance forecasting accuracy and financial insights).
- Partner with IS and Finance process and technology organizations to ensure delivery is supported by technology and relevant internal/external services.
- 2. Governance
- Develop and maintain Plan to Deliver governance framework, policies, and procedures. Participate in cross-process alignment (with R2R, Tax, Treasury, O2C, P2P, Data, etc.).
- Establish and enforce standards.
- Update documentation.
- Ensure controls are designed relative to underlying risks and are operating effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of governance practices and recommend improvements as needed.
- 3. Managerial responsibilities
- Organizational design ensuring the capabilities enabled by Finance transformation program are sustained and introduced into the new way of operating.
- Manage the team of people leaders.
- Proven track record and strong ability to attract and develop talent, evolve competencies.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of proven track record of leadership in financial planning and analysis, with experience of establishing and running global processes.
- Strong understanding of management reporting fundamentals, data, technology, and processes. Experience in implementing and optimizing processes, systems, data, and analysis.
- Experience in working within global organizations with decentralized operating models is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels in organization.
- Proficiency in use of planning and management reporting software, beyond excel. Prior experience in building organizations / setting up and running global operations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, attract talent and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
