Yuno is a internal startup of Sparrow Ventures.

Yuno enables customers to rent digital gadgets and devices instead of buying them. After a successful testing phase, we are now scaling the venture. **What to expect in your role as an Operation Manager**

From day one, you will be part of the core decision team and will have the opportunity to actively shape this growth-phase with your own vision and experience. You will be managing a small team with the goal of optimizing all the operation processes to cater for thousands of customers an exemplary service quality. Your task is to bring to the venture the operational capacity for its growth in the coming years. You will shape and manage the whole chain of operations needed to deliver our service to our clients. Alongside with the core team, you will have to plan and manage resources, develop our partners network and, above all, ensure well functioning business operations to ensure a smooth and healthy growth.

**Your areas of responsibility**
- Ensure all operations and logistics are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way using budgeting, forecasts and tracking tools
- Manage and improve our partners' network for procurement, packaging, fulfillment, returns and refurbishments
- Improve fraud detection and mitigation tools to lower risks and solve fraud cases with external partners
- Supervise and manage the operations team for client risk acceptance, subscription management, customer service
- Review and improve internal processes in the field of logistics and operations, as well as tools and structure

**Requirements**:

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on mentality and a strong sense of ownership
- Solution oriented state of mind with a data-driven, organized and methodological approach
- Genuine team player mindset with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Experience in the operation management and logistics in an eCommerce business
- Fluency in German and English as we operate primarily in a German-speaking market and have an English-speaking company culture
