Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference. As a Customer Engagement Manager (M/F/d) you will be responsible for being an expert of the customer & patient journeys via identifying areas of opportunity and challenges and ensuring the best customer experience with Viatris Switzerland.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Creating omnichannel customer journeys based on customer insights
- Developing customer plans and strategies with deep understanding of pharmacy and GP go-to-market model in Switzerland
- Creating & executing bespoke customer solutions customized to different Key Accounts based on the insights generated by you or the wider cross-functional account team
- Building internal and external network in the area of digital health and innovation in collaboration with the omnichannel team
- Implementing innovative beyond-the-pill services in an omnichannel approach including digital, promotion via sales, etc.
- Analyzing sales and market data to find opportunities for growth in specific customer segments
- Maintenance of OTC portfolio: forecasting, budget management, delivery of projects and digital initiatives for the OTC portfolio
- Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Omnichannel, and Sales Team
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
- Bachelor’s Degree at University or University of Applied Sciences in life sciences, or Marketing, Economics or Business Management5 years of experience in account management or product management marketing within pharma industry
- Experience in customer engagement / customer insights and digital marketing and in working with cross-functional teams is an asset
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
Excellent German and fluent English (written and oral), French is a plus
