The Department of Organizational Behavior at the Faculty for Business and Economics at the University of Lausanne provides a stimulating and highly interdisciplinary research environment. More broadly, the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Lausanne is one of the largest faculties on campus and consists of 10 integrated departments. We publish in top-tier journals in numerous disciplines, including _Psychological Review, American Economic Review, Quarterly Journal of Economics, Journal of Management, Journal of Applied Psychology, Academy of Management Journal, Organizational Research Methods, Nature Human Behaviour, PNAS, Science, Nature_, and many others. Department members come from several different countries, and the working language of the department is English.

**Job information**:
Expected start date in position : 1 April 2024 or mutually acceptable alternative

Contract length : 6 months

Activity rate : 40%

**Salary**: According to legal stipulations

Supervisor: Charles Efferson

**Your responsibilities**:

- Support lab members with basic tasks associated with data management, data cleaning and analysis.
- Creating descriptive graphs for research purposes (for example in R).
- Responsible for various administrative task related to online experiments (e.g. issuing participant payments, troubleshooting & testing of experiments, participant management). Literature research tasks based on the current project work in the lab.
- Contribution to lecture and seminar materials.

**Your qualifications**:
We are looking for someone with the following skills:

- Master’s student
- Proficient in English.
- Capable of working independently and interested in learning new things.
- Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of a data analysis program is a plus.
