**Your mission**:
The Learning Algorithms and Systems Laboratory (LASA) is looking for an administrative assistant to support Prof. Aude Billard in the administrative and financial management of her research lab.

**Main duties and responsibilities include**:
Accounting management of the lab's budget, grants and third party funds (e.g., salaries, expenses, credit card, purchases, budget forecasting, financial reporting)
Staff administration (e.g., HR follow-up, visas, employment contracts, welcoming new joiners etc.)
Organization of visitors' venue (visas, logistics, travel and accommodation)
Organization of conferences, seminars and travel of collaborators
Expenses and credit card management and follow-up
Provision of general support and logistics to the lab
Management of the lab infrastructure
Communication (web, presentations, social media) of the lab
Description du profil

**Your profile**:
Full proficiency in both French and English is mandatory (both written and spoken)
Computer proficiency with a very good command of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc
Confident and precise with budget organization and accounting
Ability to interact with all levels of faculty, staff and students in multicultural/international environment
Self-driven, good sense of organization and initiative, rigorous and attention to detail
Commercial background or education (Maturité gymnasiale or commercial school diploma)
Previous experience as an administrative assistant; a previous experience at EPFL is a strong asset
