**Sales & Operations (S&OP) lead - (f/m/d)**

**Overall responsibilities**

The Global S&OP TECA lead is a key supply chain position responsible for Sales & Operations Planning (including Integrated Business Planning) with all members of the value chain in TECA and leading a specific segment in close partnership with commercial and regions and value stream leader.

**Position duties and responsibilities**
- Provides necessary data analytics/insights to support monthly review of risks & opportunities through the S&OP cycle
- Collaborates with cross-functional business partners to collect, analyze and summarize key data, improving the decision-making process to bridge gaps vs. financial targets (revenue, profitability and cash conversion cycle)
- Consolidates inputs for various S&OP meetings (demand review, portfolio review, supply review, executive S&OP review), including creating presentation material.
- Drive closed-loop S&OP agenda, champion S&OP maturity and enable transition to integrated Business Planning (IBP)
- Collaborate cross-functionally and engage with cross functionals leaders to drive the 5 steps of the S&OP process through financial integration, focusing on demand plan valorization, inventory management and overall business target setting
- Work with MD GPeX to monitor and enhance the franchise S&OP processes, its maturity and effectiveness
- Metrics: OTIF, MAPE, BIAS, Inventory /DOS, Backorders, S&OP maturity
- This function works closely with various business partners: Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Global and regional supply chain teams

**Education Requirements**:

- A minimum of bachelor’s degree is required. Preferably in business, engineering, supply chain or other technical field.
- MBA or master’s in engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field is a plus
- APICS certification is required

**Experience**:

- Requires 5 to 7 years of related experience
- Strong business and planning acumen
- Experience across at least 2 supply chain areas is essential
- Demonstrates strong analytical and reporting skills
- Advanced Excel user / Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx would be a plus
- Targets communications as appropriate across hierarchies / functions and makes presentations to diverse audiences
- Experience working cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Commercial/Marketing and Finance is essential
- Experience with ERP (SAP/APO/SNP) and Advanced Planning Systems (OMP) is required

**Interpersonal skills / characteristics**:

- Ability to build trust with a diverse set of stakeholders is required
- Ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
- Ability to influence at all levels both within the Supply Chain, with Commercial, and other key cross-functional partners, in a matrix environment is required
